A Brief History

Cloudpak, Inc. is a Washington State corporation founded in October 2009 by four long-time successful entrepreneurs. With the help of other programmers and business development staff the Company achieved its first beta release in October, 2010.

Housed in temporary space from its' 2009 inception through mid-2010, the Company continued to refine its technology, business model and team. The Company has presented to several Northwest investment forums and has attained kudos from microscope manufacturers, research institutions and scientists nationwide.

Cloudpak is currently a self-funded, private company in consideration of its first equity round of financing.
